- Raves are getting bigger and better and more known thanks to the media. Mayday, Colossus, Pleasuredome, Smurf Village

- Happy Hardcore seems to be taking over. Faster music and more people. The crowd seems to be getting younger. The Hardcore Cafe raves are growing

- The govt. are making it difficult to stage an event. FOD4 goes off with out a hitch though. Some great events and the raves are getting harder and faster.

- Media coverage is growing and more and more people are attending. Helter Skelter, Nightbreeds, Utopias all go down in rave legend!

- This seems to be a changing of the guard for Sydney raves. Productions have slowed down waiting for a new group of promoters and crowd to regather for the next wave.
