Description: JLT: This was a great rave, it was the first time out in Girraween. It was some sports centre with basketball / netball courts and they laid carpet over the floor which ended up lumping up towards the end of the party. Great setup, a stage 1.5 metres high, square truss rigging, good production value with lights, lasers & sound. The crowd was going ORF and it was a new breed of raver in '97. A lot of the old skoolers had moved on after '96 but that didn't stop the vibe here. It was a clean basketball centre with working amenities 👍 a change from the dirty dark warehouses. Kudos Imprestik!
