Description: Catchphrase – we want to be free, to do what we want to do. Same promoters as Harmony 1 and 2. SKP: Freedom (aka Freedom 1) ended up being at the same place as DreamWorld, but up the other end of that floor/level and DJ facing the other way (towards Broadway). I think we used a different entrance as well! We had to move there at the last minute since the original venue next to McDonald's on George St was chained and locked due to some dodgy issue, and someone had broken in a bit before and stolen some of Guy's/Aladdin Sound's Cerwin Vegas! The party went on and was good though, I think around 1000 people plus or minus, our biggest at that time at least. My only other memory of that was walking up and down Harris St outside the venue trying to manage noise complaints so we could stay open (we did), and playing Feel So Real by Dream Frequency in the morning.
